y this lightly. Bank Nine's Green Jacket Veggie Seasoning has earned a permanent spot in my kitchen. The flavor is deep and rich in a way most "veggie" blends just don't manage. So many seasonings in this category taste thin or one note, like they were an afterthought. This one clearly wasn't.
It's also more versatile than the name suggests. Yes, it's fantastic on roasted or sautéed vegetables, honestly some of the best I've had. But I've started reaching for it on all kinds of things, and it holds up every time.
